Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched to you, unless we notify you that we are unable to accept your order or you cancel it in accordance with your cancellation rights.
You may correct any errors in your order before submitting payment at checkout.
Telephone orders are subject to additional fraud and security checks. Cut-off times for next-day delivery may be earlier than for online orders.
We may request further documentation (such as proof of address). Orders will not be processed until the requested information is received. If the information is not provided within 10 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are excluded unless expressly stated and will be shown clearly at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of order after verification checks. Fraud prevention checks may involve third-party providers and may delay dispatch.
If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer the choice of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.
A VAT invoice will be issued electronically once goods are dispatched.
All goods are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund within 14 days if payment has already been taken.
Delivery charges vary depending on the product and service selected and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
We recommend that no installation or disposal arrangements are made until goods have been delivered and inspected. We are not responsible for any associated costs or losses.
Delivery discrepancies or visible damage must be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged packaging should be noted on the delivery documentation before signing.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item in a split delivery) without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing (by email or post) before the cancellation period expires.
This right does not apply to:
Personalised or made-to-order items
Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
If you cancel your entire order, you will be refunded the cost of the goods only. Standard delivery charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued once returned goods are received and inspected. We may deduct an amount for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling.
Returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be:
Unused
In original or equivalent packaging
In resaleable condition
You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
If required, we can arrange collection:
£20 for small items
£80 for large items (e.g. water dispensers)
These charges will be deducted from your refund. Water dispensers may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
If goods are faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Return costs will be covered by us.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, including delivery charges where the entire order is affected.
All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects when used in accordance with instructions.
The warranty does not cover:
Incorrect installation or misuse
Use of incompatible or third-party parts
Unauthorised repairs or tampering
We may repair, replace, supply parts or refund at our discretion. Outside the warranty period, repairs may be chargeable.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Boiling water taps are supplied with one carbon filter and one scale filter. Filters must be replaced every 6 months or after 2,000 litres of use. Failure to replace filters may cause scale build-up and will void the warranty.
Safety Warning: Due to the pull-out spray hose design, residual water may remain in the hose. When switching between hot and cold, allow water to run briefly before placing hands underneath to avoid risk of burns.
